Designed and implemented a digital solution to streamline the goods receipt process for incoming materials, creating a fully paperless workflow.

🏆 Key Achievements:

Achieved 100% paperless operation, eliminating the need for physical supplier delivery notes and internal Goods Received notes.
Decreased non-value-added (waste) time for suppliers’ drivers by 50%.
This was enabled through a real-time dashboard that provides full visibility of delivery schedules and receiving status to all stakeholders.
